Returns

Stocked items in unopened, original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost, less return freight and a restocking fee.

Custom and made-to-order

Custom-sized panels, custom colors, and special-order items are non-returnable.

Defects

If a product arrives defective or does not match its specification, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will replace the affected units at no cost.

Process

To initiate a return, email info@alacoya.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We will issue an RMA and shipping instructions.
