Shipping

Stocked Alacoya products typically ship within one to three business days of order confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items quote a separate lead time.

Delivery

We ship across the contiguous United States via small-parcel and LTL freight, depending on order size. Tracking is provided once your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight inspection

Inspect all freight deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and replace damaged units.

Site delivery

Job-site deliveries can be coordinated for larger orders. Liftgate, inside delivery, and appointment scheduling are available on request.
